Since 2009, gamescom is hosted annually by Koelnmesse GmbH in the German media and event city of Cologne. Featuring a business area, an entertainment area, the gamescom city festival as well as accompanying conferences and congresses at the highest level, gamescom is much more than merely a trade and public fair: it is a 360-degree event and offers individual platforms for all target groups. gamescom networks the complete value creation chain of the industry, from the developer and publisher to retail trade to the consumer.
Opening the gamescom week, devcom is the official game developer event of gamescom and Europe’s biggest game developer community-driven industry conference.
Hosted in Singapore, gamescom asia, the Asia satellite event of gamescom, offers highlights to the decision makers of the South-East-Asian games industry as well as a spectacular entertainment programme for fans.
